What a strange thing. This is exactly what I've been telling myself all week: "Why am I here again? Why is it that I never learn?"

Recently I've seen history repeat itself in my personal life, but this time, although my body is going through the same routine, my mind is aware and guiding me away from that downward spiral. Maybe your yoga teacher's right. Maybe I'm one level up, and I just haven't noticed it yet. Thanks for sharing this wisdom! Channeling good vibes your way.

It's like every endpoint we come to is actually the beginning of something bigger and better, and we don't realize it until much later. Like jumping from one vertical wind tunnel to the next, to take us to greater heights.
