I know, I know I have not posted anything in all of February. But believe me when I say that I have quite a number of drafts, just need to pick a moment to get them out the door (after I edit and review). 🙂 In the meantime, I’d like to share a photo of yesterday’s delightful brunch courtesy of the Clinton St. Baking Company on the Lower East Side. We enjoyed this beautiful and incredibly flavorful Mexican Eggs Benedict with a side of their famous pancakes, topped with chunky blueberry sauce and caramel. Yums!
Oh, and here’s the Vanilla Buttermilk Waffle from the weekend prior. 🙂 Loaded with berries and lots of love. ♥
